 PRICING

   Pricing for GMKC members for catalog advertising is:
                   $75.00 for Outside Cover
                   $60.00 for Inside Cover
                   $45.00 for a full-page ad
                   $25.00 for one half-page ad, no photo
                   $20.00 for one-quarter page ad, no photo

   Pricing for non-members is:
                   $100.00 for Outside Cover
                   $80.00 for Inside Cover 
                   $60.00 for a full-page ad
                   $35.00 for a half-page ad, no photo 
                   $25.00 for one-quarter page ad, no photo

PAYMENT

Payment must be submitted with your ad.  Make checks payable to GMKC. 

Return your check, ad layout sheet and photo (Electronically if possible) NO LATER THAN September 28, 2009 to:
